"Cabbage Soup" done...

"Cabbage Soup" is done! This still life piece was a wonderful exercise in capturing the translucency and texture of vegetables in coloured pencil.

The subtle color variations in the cabbage leaves — from deep purple to bright green — made this a fascinating subject to work with. Each layer of pencil added more depth and realism.
