Zebras cont'd...

Progress update on my zebra piece! The stripes are really starting to come alive now. Working with coloured pencils on this subject is both challenging and incredibly satisfying.

Each stripe requires careful layering to achieve the right depth and contrast. I'm using a combination of dark indigo, black, and warm browns to create dimension in the dark stripes, while the light areas have subtle warm and cool tones.
